Prom?
So I’m not gonna lie, I am kinda jealous of my sister. She went to a Jays game last night with some friends, and a guy that we think she likes asked her to prom. He would have asked over the jumbo-tron, but it costs about $1000 for simple text! The fact that he thought about it is super sweet. I kind of wish I had someone to ask me in a sweet way, like that, rather than the way I was asked (over msn as a “if you don’t have anyone and I don’t have anyone, let’s go together” sort of way).
I know prom is such a stupid little thing, but it would have been nice. I guess now I just have to find and wait for “Mr. Right” to propose lol. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I have everything figured out except for the romance-y part of my life. And in reality, if he were 20 years younger, or neither of us really cared about the age gap, I’d be set.
Why can’t all of my life be set out before me? No hidden cards (okay maybe a few), I just want to know what’s going on.
My pets’ personalities
So I think I’ve figured out my pets.
My fish, Allen:
- Likes watching movies, people, etc.
- Likes having excess food in his bowl, even though he never eats it
- Likes having his bowl in a large room
My cat, Simba:
- Not the sharpest tool in the shed
- Likes to play hide and seek
- Likes chasing his tail
- Dislikes being chased by the vacuum
- Very curious
- Seems to be prone to running into walls
- Is very playful
- Very much enjoys his afternoon naps
Now, this is what happens when I am left alone at home for more than 2 hours. MEEEEERRRRRRPPPPPP
